Commercial vehicles rental

The minimum rental term is 4 hours. This is the night rate – available between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. There are also half-day rates for up to 5 hours and full-day rates that are valid for 24 hours of use (i.e. one day). Most Europcar rental stations have a key box. You can deposit the vehicle keys there outside normal opening hours. Please ask your chosen station about the local arrangements when making your booking.

Please contact the rental station in advance to arrange parking for your own vehicle on site or nearby during the rental period. We will gladly provide you with details of local parking options.

You can rent any Europcar Switzerland commercial vehicle if you have a Category B driving licence.

For rentals during the week (Monday - Thursday), one-way rentals between some rental stations are permitted. Please note that this is only possible within Switzerland. Your Europcar rental station will be happy to inform you about the possibilities of a one-way hire.

Driving abroad is permitted, but the vehicle must always be returned in Switzerland. One-way rentals from Switzerland to other countries are not permitted. If you are driving to Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia or Slovenia, you will need to pay a border-crossing fee. You can add this option when booking the vehicle on our website. If you are booking the vehicle directly at one of our stations, please ask the staff there.
