Disabled accessible vehicles
A modern fleet of VW Caddy Maxis has been equipped specifically for the needs of people with disabilities and their dependants. The vehicles can accommodate a driver, four passengers and a person in a wheelchair (Caddy Maxi). A fully slip-resistant and 20G crash-tested ramp enables safe entry into the vehicle. Maximum safety is ensured with the Future Safe 15G rear and 20G front crash-tested head- and backrest and the ISO and DIN tested ‘Protektor’ passenger and wheelchair restraint system.

The Swiss foundation for children with cerebral palsy
For the past 62 years, the Cerebral Foundation has supported some 9,700 families and their children with cerebral palsy throughout Switzerland. It is committed to all areas involved in helping to promote self-determination, independence and integration of those affected and raising their quality of life. Its support focuses on mobility and care as well as opportunities for respite and recovery. It is largely funded from private donations and legacies. www.cerebral.ch

- The minimum age is 19 years for the VW Caddy Maxi.
- It is not possible to return the vehicle to a station other than the departure station.
