Terms & Conditions

    1. Rental duration: up to 5 hours, price example CHF 83.90 applies to a Volkswagen T6 (category VMIW) with pick-up on Monday to Thursday.

    2. Vehicles must be returned within the opening hours of the stations.

    3. Commercial vehicles must be returned to the same rental station – one-way rentals only at selected stations.

    4. International transport: Obtaining customs and transport documents and appropriate permits for the international transport of goods is the responsibility of the renter.
    5. Non-observance of safety height: The renter is liable in all cases for a non-excludable deductible of CHF 2,000 (category VMIW or VMHW) or CHF 3,000 (category VGHW, TMBW, TPWW or TMBL).
